Jeffrey T. Newton, Managing Director Jeff has over 20 years of investment banking experience.  Jeff began his career with Prudential Securities in New York City where he advised companies engaged in health care, technology, financial services, energy and manufacturing.  Jeff's transaction experience includes initial public offerings, private placements, mergers, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts.  Jeff founded Concord Partners in 1992 after two years as a senior financial executive of a publicly traded $1 billion (revenue) health care services holding company based in Boston.  In addition to his responsibilities at Concord Partners, Jeff serves as Managing Director of Gemini Investors, LLC, the firm's affiliated private equity fund.  Jeff received his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and his M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. » back
